Philipp Fussenegger

Philipp Fussenegger is an Austrian director, screenwriter, and producer. His film Henry received the FIRST STEPS Award in 2016. His documentary debut I Am The Tigress (2021) screened at festivals including Hot Docs and IDFA. Teaches of Peaches premiered at the 2024 Berlinale and won the Teddy Award. His new documentary about Berlin’s legendary KitKatClub is about to premiere. He is currently developing the sci-fi drama Kokeshi, a film exploring body transformation and the algorithms designed to help humans find their perfect match.

Cordula Kablitz-Post

Cordula Kablitz-Post was born in Aachen and studied German literature, English studies, and theatre studies with a focus on film and television in Munich and Berlin.

In 1994, she founded the production company Medusa Film, where she produced, among other projects, music videos that she also directed. A year later, Cordula Kablitz-Post established the film and TV production company avanti media in Berlin.

Since the late 1980s, Cordula Kablitz-Post accompanied Christoph Schlingensief in his cinematic work. In 1997, together with Schlingensief, she developed “Talk 2000,” a satirical talk show featuring high-profile guests, which she directed. Numerous documentaries for ARD, ZDF, Deutsche Welle, Spiegel TV, Zeit TV, and Premiere followed. In 2000, Cordula Kablitz-Post and Christoph Schlingensief resumed their collaboration for the cult series “U 3000” (MTV), which they had developed together. Since 2001, she has produced Arte’s best-known documentary series “Through the Night With…”, which received four Grimme Awards in 2006.

In 2001, Cordula Kablitz-Post founded avanti media fiction, through which she produces feature films and high-end documentaries for cinema and television.

For “Because You Only Live Once – Die Toten Hosen on Tour,” Cordula Kablitz-Post wrote the screenplay, directed, and produced the first feature-length documentary film about the band. The film celebrated its world premiere at the 69th Berlinale in 2019 and became the most successful documentary of the year.

Since 2020, Cordula Kablitz-Post has been working on the theatrical documentary “Hyper Hyper – H.P. Baxxter and Scooter,” which was released in cinemas in 2022.

Susanne Heuer

Susanne Heuer is a German writer, dramaturge and stage artist. She studied German and English Literature, with a focus on Gender and Queer Studies, at the University of Regensburg. She then taught at the University of Liverpool and King’s College London. In parallel, she developed her stage persona Lilly Mortis and found her artistic home in Berlin, on the cabaret stage and at Funfairfilms.

As Lilly Mortis (perfomer and artistic director), she is one of the defining voices of Berlin’s contemporary cabaret scene. Her KABARET KLUB at Ballhaus Berlin brings historical cabaret into dialogue with queer club culture. She is also a co-founder and part of the curatorial and organisational team of the Queer Performance Festival Berlin.

As dramaturg, she shaped the narrative of the documentary Teaches of Peaches. As the writer of KITKATCLUB – Kinks of Berlin, she weaves the stories of extraordinary individuals into a multifaceted portrait of Berlin’s club culture. Together with Philipp Fussenegger, she is currently developing her first feature film project.

Susanne Heuer and Lilly Mortis – two identities, one artistic signature. Across film and stage, her work focuses on queer perspectives and subcultural worlds.

Dino Osmanovic

Dino Osmanovic, born in 1985 in Doboj (Bosnia and Herzegovina), completed his secondary education before studying MultiMediaArt in Salzburg, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree. He later pursued a second degree at the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF Munich), specializing in cinematography.

Alongside his work as a freelance cinematographer, he serves as an Artistic Research Associate (50% position) in the Cinematography program at HFF Munich. As a lecturer, he teaches seminars including “Visual Impact,” “Theory of Camera Movement,” “Camera Movement,” and “Forms of Documentary Film.”

He has collaborated successfully with funfairfilms and Philipp Fussenegger as cinematographer on “Henry” (First Steps Award 2016, nomination for the Austrian Film Award 2017) and “Bester Mann” (Max Ophüls Prize 2018, nomination for the Austrian Film Award 2019). The funfairfilms production “Bester Mann” screened successfully at numerous international festivals and received awards including the Max Ophüls Prize 2018 for Best Medium-Length Film, as well as a nomination for the Austrian Film Award in 2019.

For the film “I Am the Tigress,” he worked with funfairfilms as cinematographer and co-director.
