PHILIPP FUSSENEGGER
Philipp Fussenegger is an Austrian director, screenwriter, and producer. After completing his Bachelor of Arts in Directing in Salzburg, he continued his studies at the renowned Academy of Media Arts Cologne, where he directed his widely acclaimed graduation film Henry. The film received the FIRST STEPS Award in 2016 in the category “Mid-Length Feature Film” and was nominated for the Austrian Film Award in 2017.
In 2016, he wrote the comedy TV series Die Schilehrer and directed its pilot episode Geld spielt keine Rolex, which premiered at the Hof International Film Festival in 2017, where it became an audience favorite and sparked controversy in his home region of Vorarlberg. Following this success, he founded the production company Funfairfilms.
As a producer, Fussenegger achieved early recognition with the feature film Bester Mann (directed by Florian Forsch). The film won the Max Ophüls Prize in 2018 for “Best Mid-Length Film” and was nominated for the Austrian Film Award in 2019.
In 2021, he made his feature film debut with the unconventional documentary I Am The Tigress, funded by the German Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media (BKM) and the State of Vorarlberg. The film portrays African-American bodybuilder Tischa “The Tigress” Thomas and offers deeply personal insights into a life shaped by strength, discrimination, and empowerment.
With the founding of Kokeshi/Cybrothel in Berlin, Fussenegger combined his cinematic vision with technological innovation and the city’s underground kink scene. In 2021, he opened the world’s first Cyber-Brothel — an experimental space at the intersection of sex, technology, and human desire.
His documentary about KitKatClub Berlin has since been completed. He is currently developing his first narrative feature film, Kokeshi, a science-fiction film exploring identity, technology, and intimacy in the digital age.
JUDY LANDKAMMER
Landkammer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi Media Art at Salzburg in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, she worked for Peter R. Adam as an assistant editor. She has been a freelance film and video editor since 2014. Judy Landkammer’s first feature film “The Misandrists” celebrated its world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2017. Her film project “Main Man” premiered at the 2018 Max Ophüls Film Festival where it won the jury prize for Best Mid Length Film and was nominated for the Austrian Film Award 2019. She co-founded COVEN BERLIN in 2013, a queer feminist artists collective and online platform, that has exhibited in institutions like neue Gesellschaft der bildenden Kunst (Berlin), Schwules Museum (Berlin), and Municipal Gallery Arsenal (Poznań). Over the past years, she has worked multiple times with directors and artists such as Bruce LaBruce, Matt Lambert and Philipp Fussenegger (currently “I Am The Tigress”).
DINO OSMANOVIC
Osmanovic was born in Doboj, Bosnia, but moved to Austria at the age of 7. He completed his studies in Multi Media Art at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree. During his studies, he spent an Erasmus semester at the Film Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. He went on to study cinematography at the Munich Academy of Television and Film in 2010 where he completed his diploma. In recent years, he has worked on numerous films as a cinematographer including ‘Jenny’, which was nominated for the German Short Film Award, and ‘Kreatura’, which was nominated for the Golden Frog Award for Feature Length Documentary at Camerimage 2017. He also worked as cinematographer on the insider documentary ‘Germania’ which went on to be distributed in German cinemas. His latest work ‘Saudade’ won the IDFA Award (Student Section) in Amsterdam.
His past work with funfairfilms as cinematographer include ‘Henry’ which was awarded the First Steps Award and nominated for the Austrian Film Prize and ‘Main Man’ which won the Max-Ophüls-Preis 2018 and was nominated for the Austrian Film Prize. ‘I Am The Tigress’ is his directing debut. Since May 2019, Osmanovic has been working as an artistic and scientific assistant at the University of Television and Film Munich in the Institute for Cinematography.
Susanne Heuer
Susanne Heuer is a German writer, dramaturg, and stage performer. At the University of Regensburg, she studied German and English Literature and dived into gender and queer studies, which became central to her further work as an artist. After receiving her M.A. in 2012, she moved to the UK, where she taught at Liverpool University and at King’s College, London.
Drawing inspiration from the vibrant London drag and cabaret scene, she gave birth to her alter ego “Lilly Mortis” – diva, icon, siren – and gained international recognition as unique conférencière and strong queer-feminist voice on the cabaret stage. As the narrator and singing host of the queer cabaret trio “The Velvet Creepers”, which she co-founded in 2018, she brings her writing to the stage. The Creepers have since become a Berlin institution for their unique mix of cabaret and club culture wrapped into Lilly’s witty and deeply touching narratives. She is currently working on a stage piece experimenting with opera and performance art on a mission to slay the diva in a quest for queer identity.
With her first-hand experience as a Berlin performer and her passion for creating queer narratives, she was the perfect addition to the team for ‘Teaches of Peaches’. Susanne shaped the narrative and dramaturgy of ToP, shining a light on overarching themes in the turbulent story of Peaches in this queer fairytale.
For the documentary “Kitkat Club Berlin”, she is currently weaving together the stories of unique individuals tied together by the Berlin club scene.
FLORIAN FORSCH
Florian Forsch was born in Moers, Germany. He trained as a photographer, received his Certificate of Apprenticeship in 2005 and has since worked professionally as a photographer, currently specialising in photographing interiors. In 2010, Forsch graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from the Academie Beeldende Kunsten, Maastricht, and went on to gain practical knowledge through an internship with Rosa von Praunheim Filmproduction in Berlin.
Between 2008 and 2014, Forsch worked on a number of film projects as writer, director, actor, and assistant director. Notable projects include ‘Wir Lieben Alltag’, ‘Cruising’ and ‘European Requiem’. ‘Main Man’ is his graduate film for the Academy for Media Arts in Cologne.
