KitKatClub
In the feature documentary KITKATCLUB – KINKS OF BERLIN, we immerse ourselves in the mysterious world of one of the most iconic clubs in the world – and accompany very different people through their Berlin nights. We meet Tim, alias Raven Van Krueger, who wants to make it big as a drag artist.
Elisa discovers a new sexuality with her friends, a BDSM couple loves publicly, a dog play duo lives stability and excess, David tries to fight his way out of addiction. And club founder Simon seems out of step with the times – like many who once laid the foundations of the legendary KitKatClub.
Performances, discussions about consent, tender conversations with fathers, encounters between bodies and souls.
KITKATCLUB – KINKS OF BERLIN is a cinematic experience about freedom, intimacy, identity, sex, and unlearning shame—raw and poetic at the same time.

In 1994, she founded the production company Medusa Film, where she produced, among other projects, music videos that she also directed. A year later, Cordula Kablitz-Post established the film and TV production company avanti media in Berlin.
Since the late 1980s, Cordula Kablitz-Post accompanied Christoph Schlingensief in his cinematic work. In 1997, together with Schlingensief, she developed “Talk 2000,” a satirical talk show featuring high-profile guests, which she directed. Numerous documentaries for ARD, ZDF, Deutsche Welle, Spiegel TV, Zeit TV, and Premiere followed. In 2000, Cordula Kablitz-Post and Christoph Schlingensief resumed their collaboration for the cult series “U 3000” (MTV), which they had developed together. Susanne Heuer
Susanne Heuer is a screenwriter, performer, and show producer.
After studying linguistics, literary studies, and gender studies at the University of Regensburg—where she already explored post-feminism in her doctoral thesis—she moved to London in 2014. There, she lectured in German language, culture, and translation at the renowned King’s College London. At the same time, she began training with London’s largest burlesque company, the House of Burlesque, created her artistic persona “Lilly Mortis,” and won the Newcomer Award “Burlesque Idol” in 2015 with her unconventional performances.
In 2016, she founded the queer-feminist burlesque trio “The Velvet Creepers” in Berlin and has since produced consistently sold-out shows in the city. Since 2017, she has also been an active member of the collective “House of Lunacy” (formerly “Bad Bruises”) and an integral part of Berlin’s queer scene.
In 2019, her performance installation “Queen of Guts” became the centerpiece of the immersive exhibition “DREAMWORLD.” In 2020, she co-produced OVERMORROW and, together with The Velvet Creepers, designed and curated the feminist performance space within the immersive art exhibition. The project, hosted at the renowned club “Salon zur Wilden Renate,” featured performances, visual art, and installations and was initiated in response to club closures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She continues to live and work in Berlin in two worlds: as a performer (Lilly) and as a writer (Susanne). In her work, she combines political spoken word with body-positive performance. Most recently, in 2021, her queer-feminist “Velvet Varieté” was staged at Berlin’s oldest ballroom.
